After teaching in the classroom for over a decade, I have come to notice what works and what doesn't.

I've worked with a wide range of students, teachers and administrations that have guided my career in education. Through the years, I've witnessed the impact of school culture and how it can determine the commitment and dedication from its educators. It starts from the top with admin and trickles down to the teachers and ultimately, our students.
